He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Earl and Gladys Mary Schenk Turner; and his wife Lynda J. Bourcy. He is survived by: his son Don; his daughter-in-law Diane Payne of Dexter, NY; his brother Jim Turner of Gouverneur, NY; and his caregiver Andrea. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
