Hayward of Port St; his daughter Kimberly Armitage of Lodi; his grandsons, Liam and Lance Armitage; his siblings, Jerald Hayward (Ruth) of Waterloo, Shirley Simmons of Ovid, Tom Hayward (Pamela) of Interlaken, Vern Hayward of Drexel, NC, Nancy Jacot (Skip) of Lodi and Larry "Tim" Hayward of Cuba, NY; and his stepdaughter Tina Ziegler (Rob) of Warsaw, NY.
