She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Smith and Wescena Smith; and her brothers, Kenny and Robert F. "Butch" Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jim of Grove Street; her children, Kirk Smith of Oneonta, Garth "Skip" Cook of Ovid and Shawn Cook-Allen (Steve) of Ovid; her grandchildren, Anthony, Christopher Cook, Crystal Craig, Ashley Matteo and Bryan Cook; and her siblings, Dawn Smith of Trumansburg and Terry Smith of Lodi. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
