He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Milks and Phebe J. Milks (Rozell); his wife Grace A. Milks (Bennett); his daughter Phebe Milks; and his great grandchild Douglas Lyon.
He is survived by: his brothers, Arthur Milks and Edgar Milks; his sons, Carl Milks (Darlene Barlett) and Harold Milks (Mary); his grandchildren, Michelle Milks-Turner (Wess), Jennifer Milks-Davenport (William), Phebe Roupp (Travis), Violet Milks, Ronnie Lyon (Jackie Fish), Kimberly Milks and Greg Milks (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Corwin Dannelley, Haylie, Kendra, Kamron Davenport, Ronnie Lyon (Hannah), Mackenzie Thomas, Kenny Lynn, Nickolas Milks (Neoanna), Damien, Chad Roupp, Austin Lyon (Cadie), Amerie, Cuylie and Landon Smith; his great great grandchild Rowyn Milks; his sister Luella Bradley (Paul); and his close friend Faye Mackey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Baldwin Fire Hall (460 Breesport N Chemung Rd, Lowman, NY 14861).
