He was predeceased by: his siblings, Susan Garland and Stephen Menard; and his parents, Robert V. Menard and Betty Jean Rowe Menard. He is survived by: his close friend Dot McIntyre of Carthage; his children, Todd Menard (George) of Sebring, FL, Matthew R. Menard (Kelly) of Lake Ariel, PA, Jennifer Moretti of Highland, NY and Timothy Menard of Waldron, NY; his brother Daniel Menard (Lori Coe) of Glenfield; Tyler and Olivia Zehr. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
