Doris M. Young Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris M. Young (Lowville, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris M. Young to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal F. Benware and Margaret R. Benware (Oliver); her great grandchild Johnathan Baker; and her siblings, Carl W. Benware, Royal "Roy" F. Benware, Janet Herzig (Ron) and Joyce Castor (Phil).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey S. Young of Erwin, TN and Daniel A. Young (Denise) of Copenhagen; and her sisters, Barbara Gudridge of Homosassa, FL and Brenda Harris of Dunnellon, FL. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, her great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sundquist Funeral Home (7676 N State St, Lowville, NY 13367). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
