It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Jane Miller of Lowville, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Franklin and Rena Belle Franklin (Clark); her children, Jim H. Miller and Linda L. Miller; her daughter-in-law Nancy A. Miller; and her siblings, Rena Carrie "Carolyn" Schmidtka, Violet Holt and Kenneth Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Miller (JoAnn), Alan S. Miller, Walter D. Miller, Clark A. "Butch" Miller, William R. Miller and Sally M. Golden (James). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sundquist Funeral Home (7676 N State St, Lowville, NY 13367). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oran Community Church Cemetery (Aka Oran Cemetery) (4375-4349 Oran Station Rd, Manlius, NY 13104).
