Miller (Lowville, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Jamie E. Miller; his brother Frank Mecca; and his parents, Elwood Miller and Pauline Brando Miller. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl D. Farr; his children, David Miller (Elizabeth) of Glenfield, Roxanne Miller-Woods (Michael Woods) of Beaver Falls, Christopher Donaldson (Alyssa) of Marietta and Scott Farr (Sharon) of Pelzer, SC; his daughter-in-law Deanna Pate Miller; his grandchildren, Megan, Willow, Peyton, Tayden, Axton, Shayla, Ariana, Nicholas, Hailey, Liam, Danielle (Matt), Alyssa (Tony) and Dustin; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Case, Juliet, Jada, Aspyn and Avrik.
