He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Balash and Patricia Jane Balash (McVoy); and his brother Wayne F. Balash. He is survived by: his wife Kelly E. Tabolt of Peter's Catholic Church; his siblings, Kirk S. (Karen Balash) and Christina (Noel Schneider); and his siblings' child Tabolt.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sundquist Funeral Home (7676 N State St, Lowville, NY 13367). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (5449 Shady Ave, Lowville, NY 13367). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (5600 Shady Ave, Lowville, NY 13367).
