He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Panettiere; his children, JoAnne Kurtz and Joseph Panettiere; his grandchildren, Aaron Mardueno, Samantha Motter, Jaxson Panettiere and Zoë Panettiere; his sister Dorothy Condenzio; and his pet Charlie.
