He is survived by: his daughters, PHYLLIS CAPOBIANCO and TINA NOWINSKI; his grandchildren, MARK CAPOBIANCO (MEGAN) and ANTHONY CAPOBIANCO (ALEXIS); and his great grandchildren, SYDNEY, MATTHEW and LUCY CAPOBIANCO.
