He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Mavis and Margaret Mavis (Imus). He is survived by: his wife Rosita Mavis; his daughters, Elizabeth Mavis of New York, NY and Emily Mavis of Clay, NY.; the mother of his children Ruth Mavis (Klock); and his siblings, Leslie Oniki (Mavis) and Stan Mavis.
