With sadness, we share the passing of Richard J. Bourgeois of Lyons Falls, New York. Richard, born on May 15, 1961, passed away on July 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Bourgeois and Beverly J. Bourgeois (Forkell); and his siblings, John Bourgeois, Diane Mulligan and Brenda J. Bourgeois.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Brittany Salmon (Douglas) and Adam Bourgeois (Nicole); his grandchildren, Landyn, Cadyn "Frank" Salmon, Aryanna Salmon, Scarlett and Evelyn Bourgeois; his pet Blake; and his siblings, Mary Ingersoll (Harvey), Patricia Hoskins (Rick), William Bourgeois (Lorraine), Tom Bourgeois (Darlene) and Lisa Anson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lewis County Taking Care of Our Own, P.O. Box 155, Lyons Falls, NY 13368, or to a charity of one's choice.
