He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cretin and Mary Catherine Baker Cretin; his siblings, Ada Becker (Paul), Rose Onorato (Louis) and Lewis Cretin (Carol); and his close friend Hazel Washburn.
He is survived by: Timothy Cretin (Janet Slabaugh), David Cretin (Chrystal), Diane Blair (John), Daniel Cretin (Amy) and Theresa Anselmo (Aaron Byork). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home (5 Phelps St, Lyons, NY 14489). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Augustine Cemetery (803 St Augustine Rd, Dysart, PA 16636).
