We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2024, at the age of 90, Edna M. Facer Gansz of Lyons, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Gruschow and Helen Stell Gruschow; her husbands, Richard Facer, Myron and Mike Gansz; her son Bruce Facer; and her brother James Gruschow.

She is survived by : her son Thomas Facer (Mary Ann) of Newark; her stepdaughters, Marjorie Ameele of Lyons, Sarah Gansz of Clearwater, FL and Jenifer Albanese (John) of Lyons, Six; and her grandchildren, Carl Facer (Natasha) of Boston, MA, Meghan Walters (Jim) of Branchport, Martha Hilton (Ryan) of Canandaigua and Edward Facer (Jenna) of East Longmeadow, MA..

In lieu of flower, and at her request, memorials in her name may be made to the First Lutheran Church, 35 Broad Street, Lyons, NY 14489 or the Alzheimer's Association, 200 Meridian Centre Blvd, Suite 110, Rochester, NY 14618.
