She is survived by: her mother Jennie Miraglia Goulette; her husband Rick Cook of Lyons; her sons, David Durgan (Denise) of Port Byron and Josh Cook (Aireal) of Lyons; her siblings, Scott Goulette (Barb) of Sodus and Tammy Goulette of Wolcott; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Durgan (Jonathan), Destiny Durgan, Tanner Miller, David Durgan Jr., Archer Cook, Asher Cook, Ender Cook, Emily Pellicano (Michael), Destiny Tellier (Ty) and Ryan Tellier (Ember); her great grandchildren, Leighlani Burnett, Blaze, Harleigh, Lillian Webber and Braxtyn Tellier; her nephews, Dylan Snyder and Chad Goulette; her great-nieces, Jemma Demaio and Zoren Marks; and her great-nephew Luca Demaio.
