He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowery and Uva Quesenberry Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Doris (Harris); his children, Robert (Tracy) of Evertt and Jody Moore of Newark; his grandsons, Jeffrey and Paul Moore; his great grandchildren, Frank, Salvator and Anthony; and his sister Kay Brummitt.
