He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Miller (Larsen); his parents, Roseanne Miller and Floyd Miller; his brothers, Christopher Miller (Deanna) and Jeffery Miller; his nephew Ryan Miller; and his niece Alicia Miller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
