She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hapeman and Thola Summerville Kiblin; her husband Robert B. Cook; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Cook; and her sister Karen Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Thola Jane Staves (Gary) of Phoenix, Bruce Cook of Baldwinsville and Lea Ann Quimby (Jon) of Baldwinsville; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
