He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Bostwick. He is survived by: his mother Judith A. Murrell; his stepfather Gary A. Murrell; his brother Jacob A. Murrell; his wife Devon E. Taylor; his stepmother Mary Bostwick; his aunt Valerie; his uncle Lou Rodriguez; his close friend Dungeon Master; his cousin Casey Johnson; and his godparents, Richard and Jean Johnson. He is also survived by his other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Damian's memory to the Lipson Cancer Center at Rochester Regional Health.
