He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Kuhn and Rose Kuhn; and his brothers, Ed Kuhn and Richard Kuhn. He is survived by : his wife Nancy; his children, Stephen, Valerie Kuhn, Kimberly, Robert Carlson, Tamara and Thomas Latta; his grandchildren, Erica Kuhn, Tyler, Danielle Kuhn, Ashley, Brandon Gill and Bobby Carlson; his great grandchild Charlotte Kuhn; his brother Ronald Kuhn (Arlene); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Kuhn and Kathleen Kuhn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Gerry may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
