He was predeceased by : his mother Mary. He is survived by : his wife Sue Ormiston; his children, Lindsay Piccola (Todd), Danielle Ormiston, Ryan Ormiston and Donna Verdow; his grandchildren, Tanner and Kennedy Piccola; his father James R. Ormiston (Ann); his siblings, Kimberly Ormiston, Laurie Dunlop (Kevin) and Brian Kasonic; and his pet Ally. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, beloved in-laws, many dear friends.
