It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaRue J. Loggans of Machias, New York, born in East Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank F. Garber and Mabel E. Young; and her husband Paul H Loggans. She is survived by : her children, James Loggans of Smethport, Sandra Seabury of Chesnee, SC and Paula Loggans of Alden; her grandchildren, Russell Loggans, Kelly Trummer (Mike), Ian Loggans (Kara), Briana Congdon, Sean Loggans and Samantha Hehl (John); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor, Audra, Blayre, Bailey, Shayne and Penelope; and her great great grandchild Robert. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
