He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maxwell DePuy and Effa Peckham DePuy; and his sisters, Maxine Fricke and Jeannie Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Kay DePuy; his brother David DePuy (Fran); his children, Julie (Scott Dillman), Richard (Brigette Hughes), Melissa (Don Brondou), Tricia (Ryan Moses), Carrie (David Dretel) and Max (Emily DePuy); and his grandchildren, Liana, James, Cody, Brooke, Joanna, Reece, Aeryn, Ella, Alexandra, Mia, Samantha, Hunter, Jake, Luke, Mila, Colten, Amelia, Adelyn and Ellie.
