It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Y. Cabrera (Mahopac, New York), who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Miguel Santiago and Ana Lidia Fuertes (Guzman); her children, David Cabrera (Brigit), Leonardo Cabrera (Isa) and Zoraida Conde (Sergio); her grandchildren, Niko, Josh, Michael and Mia; and her husband Felix. She was also cherished by 6 siblings.
