He is survived by: his children, Christina Lopez (Carlos) of Carmel, NY and John Realbuto (Kim) of Cortlandt Manor, NY; his siblings, Frank (Toni Ann) of Stormville, NY, Antoinette Carbone of Montrose, NY and Marie Gauci (John) of Scottsdale, AZ.; and his granddaughters, Sadie, Isabelle, Vivian and Lily.
In lieu of flowers, donations in James' name can be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation.
