She was predeceased by : her father Pasquale Floccari; her husband Angelo Beninati; and her brother Anthony Floccari. She is survived by : her daughters, JoAnna Gallardo, Danielle Caputo (Wayne) and Michelle Hernandez (Pedro); her grandchildren, Mia, Aiden Hernandez, Christopher, Tyler, Emma Caputo, Giavanna, Angelo and Melania Gallardo; and her siblings, Joseph Floccari and Patricia Vetter.
