He was predeceased by: his father Christopher Rush (Locmajian). He is survived by: his sister Chrissy Braunius (Greg); his nieces and nephews, Gregory, Isabelle, Greyson and Lilyana; and his brother Daniel of Lighthouse Point, Florida.. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
