He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Perkins and Catherine Roscoe (Payne); his brother James "Perky" Perkins; his former wife Norma Jean Perkins; his wife Donna Hubbard; and his daughter Chyrel Perkins-Ross.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Perkins (Wendy) of Bridgewater, NY, Paula Foulds (Zachary) of Sidney, NY and Connie Perkins of Unadilla, NY; his daughter-in-law Stephenie Perkins-Ross of Smithville Flats, NY; his grandchildren, Angel Porter (Michael), Brittany Foulds, Kaitlyn Foulds, Matthew Foulds, Alex Lambert, Rosanna Lambert and Chyrenie Perkins-Ross; and his friends, Alan, Harry and Barb. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
