He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen Garrow (Ashline), Adrienne Garrow, Ross Garrow and Roland Hebert; his uncle Randy Hebert; and his cousin Nicholas Hebert.
He is survived by: his parents, Howard Garrow and Tami Garrow (Hebert) of Burke, NY; his brother Craig Garrow of Malone, NY; his significant other Larissa Lane; his partner's child Leighton Mills of Malone, NY; his grandmother Marie Smith of Malone, NY; and his pets, Cooper, Barky, Bella and Louie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
