He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ohlsen and Jane Ohlsen (Wilson); his brothers, James Jr. (Bim), John William (Billy) and Vincent Edward; and his daughter Shanon Caroline.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Agnew; his children, Cezniea Hymowech (Steve), Christopher Shawn Ohlsen, Naomi Mitchell, Jason, Taran Ohlsen and Brittany Ohlsen; his grandchildren, Ashton, Novina Hallmark (Nina), Mae Hymowech, Isaiah, Milo, Jimmy Ohlsen, Emmerson, Juliet, William Leach, Brittany and Nate; and his sisters, Karen Ohlsen and Katie Zuckerman (Bob).
