He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dumas and Anna Dumas (Brockway). He is survived by: his wife Viva Dumas (Gregware); his children, Robert Dumas (Andrea) of Texas, David Dumas (Sandy) of Plattsburgh, Brenda (Fay Ploof), Cathy Miles (Jack Brown), Ellen Dumas (Shannon McNett) and Carol Fletcher (Ray) of Saranac Lake; and his siblings, Kenneth Dumas, William Dumas, Edgar Dumas, Norman Dumas, Leslie Dumas, Darrell Dumas, Rita Dumas, Kaye Welsh, Bernice Gonyea, Geraldine Barlow and Joan Coughlin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
