He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Maneely and Anita Maneely; and his siblings, Alice Tatro, James Arthur Maneely, Howard Maneely, Mary Ann Griffin and Kathleen Dumas.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila Paye; his sons, Patrick Maneely (Heather), Matthew Maneely (Traci) and Corey Maneely; his siblings, Betty Maneely Walsh (James), Robert Maneely (Judy) and Michael Maneely; and his granddaughters, Caileigh and Rylee Maneely.

Donations may be made in his memory to any veterans organization or to Hospice of the North Country.
