He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Marlowe and Lydia Marlowe; his wife Yasuko Marlowe (Masubuchi); his siblings, Francis, Lawrence, Marion, Grace, Joseph (Jo-Jo) and Dorothy; his stepfather Sylvenus Bachand; his children, Joseph and Elsie; and his adoptive father Ray Otis (Jean Otis).
He is survived by: Sue Otis-Durham of Albany, Pamela Otis-Fleury of Lyon Mountain, Ginger Otis-Perry of Teboville, Gwynne Otis-Reid of Teboville and Jean Otis. He is also survived by four daughters, along with many extended relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the North Country, Malone.
