She is survived by: her husband Jim Russell of Sandy's Tax Service; her children, Kim Howe (Marla) of Winter Haven, FL, Heidi Ricci (Paul) of Auburn, NY and Corey Howe (Jennifer) of Mooers, NY; her siblings, Linda Wilson of Clover, SC, Karen Easter of Potsdam, NY, Dawn Lebbon of Chester and Robert Clark of Addison, NY; and her grandchildren, Kim Best, William Andre, Jeffery Andre, Elise Bowe, Stephanie Kitt, Shane Howe, Allison Payne, Mikayla Bushey, Gina Collins, Isabella Bogdasarov, Tzain Howe, Remy Howe, Ava Howe, Maeve Howe and Michele Howe. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home - Malone (530 E Main St, Malone, NY 12953). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
