He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Perry and Philena Hence Perry; and his brothers, Lawrence, Robert and Alan Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jamie Perry (Sandra) of Malone, Angela Pecore (Everett) of Malone, Billie-Jo Nichols (Fred) of Plattsburgh, N. Y. and Heather Phillips (Todd) of Brushton, N. Y.; his siblings, Gary Perry (Ursala) of Rome, N. Y. and Joan Geppinger of Malone; his grandchildren, Gregory Hogeboon, Chad Hogeboon, Jami LeDuc, Hunter Bergeron, Emily Willis, Joshua LaBombard and Megan Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Bella Hogeboon. He is also survived by many nieces, Nephews and cousins.
The family requests that in Lieu of flowers, donations be made to Frank's favorite charity, The Hope Lodge in Burlington, Vt.
