She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Phillips and Orda Phillips (Jock); her husband Rolland M. Brown; and her son Ronald M. Brown. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bonner (Norman) of Malone and Barry Brown (Kathryn) of Morrisonville; her grandchildren, Rebecca Shutts (Bruce), Michael Bonner and Norman "Jamie" Bonner IV (Sandi Poreda); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Emma Shutts and Ben Bonner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in Hazel's memory to the Westville Volunteer Fire Department or the Bangor Volunteer Fire Department.
