He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jeffrey Robert Lyng and Jennifer Marie Lyng; his sisters, Mary Ellen Burke, Ann Perry, Barb Jones and Joan Sherwin; his parents, Robert James Lyng and Cressy Vivian Lyng; and his girlfriend Anne Parks of Malone.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Murphy-Wilcox Funeral Home (563 E Main St, Malone, NY 12953). A prayer was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
