Richard C. Day Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard C. Day (Malone, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Day and Lorena Day (Lashway); his children, Lucinda A. Spinner and David Day; his sister Jean Moore; and his wife Arlene Day (Stiles).
He is survived by: his children, Richard H., Sharon Day of Depew, N. Y., Daniel C. Day (Roxanne Boadway) of Malone and Amanda Day of Malone; his son-in-law Leonard Spinner; his siblings, Brian LaPlante (Lucie) of Malone, N. Y. and Elaine LaPlante (Dottie Ducatte) of Keeseville, N. Y.; his granddaughter Stephanie Demers (Carl Demers III) of Constable, N. Y.; and his siblings, Sarah Spicer (Marcus Spicer) of Malone, Arianna Munn (William Munn) of Saranac Lake, N. Y., Beth O'Kussick (Lee O'Kussick) of Grovetown and Jeffrey Day of Lockport, N. Y.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
