Joy Whitmarsh Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 25, 2025, at the age of 80, Joy Whitmarsh of Manchester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George White and Phyllis White (Vanderwall); and her sisters, Linda Thweatt (Albert) and Adair Fetzer. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Faylista Koelling (Jay), Rhonda Bell, Casey Whitmarsh (Laura) and Rob Whitmarsh (Shannon); and her grandchildren, Jenna, Jace, Christian, Caitlyn, Liam, Madison and Brooke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
