He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Lush and Lydia Lush (Goman); his wife Betty; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his son Charles Lush (Theresa); his grandchildren, Charles "Marc" Lush (Sirena), Colby Lush, Shane and Chris; his great grandchild Kaela; and his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Blair (Larry), Robin Pauly (Larry), Todd Lush (Carol), David Lush and Dan Kirtland (Nichole).
