She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack O'Connell and Kay O'Connell; and her brother Jay. She is survived by: her children, Christine (Ellis) of Washington, DC and Peter (Lucy) of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Jack, Will, Katie, Matthew, Josie and Ella; and her siblings, Terry (Didi), Tommy (Nancy), Kathy, Mary Ellen (Kevin) and Danny (Susan). She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel (1570 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Peter of Alcantara Church (1327 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nassau Knolls Cemetery (500 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050).
