He was predeceased by: his father Jack Krantz. He is survived by: his mother Lila Krantz; his brothers, Scott and Mark Krantz; and his children, Michael, Jane and Jacqueline Krantz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in Gary Krantz's memory.
