She was predeceased by: her son John John Polfus; and her sister Diane Ritchie. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda; her husband Robert E Polfus; her sons, Bobby and Eddie; her grandsons, Dylan, Tucker Polfus, Travis and Tyler Herrod; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Everly Herrod.
