He was predeceased by: his parents, Casmier Starowicz and Dorothy Starowicz. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Christopher Starowicz (Tracy) and Peggy Miller (Tony); his brother Terry Starowicz; his grandchildren, Ivy, Robert, Caleb and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Dominic and Sullivan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel (8171 Cazenovia Rd, Manlius, NY 13104). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
