He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Elizabeth Conway (Lane); his parents, Edward Conway and Katherine Marie Conway (Gillette); and his siblings, Mary Mathis (Conway), Patricia Barnes (Conway) and John "Jack" Conway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Marie "Julie" Conway of Columbia, SC and Susan Lane Conway (Alexander McKinnis) of Hoboken, NJ; and his grandson John "Jack" George McKinnis.
