He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Doris (Worthington); and his sister Barbara Holden. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Bieling); his siblings, Julia Cattanea, Robert and Peter; and his daughters, Heather Bateman (Donald) and Laurel Flanagan (Michael). He is also survived by five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter.
