He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Megan Richer; and his parents, Claude Richer and Corrine Richer. He is survived by: his wife Bernice "Bee" Richer; his children, Michael C. Richer, Jr. and Bobbi-Lyn Richer (Nickie); his grandchildren, Nichole E. Mancino (Abe), Junior Gibson and Angelique Karmhiael; his siblings, Sharon Pernisi (John), Ed Richer (Deirdre), Gary Richer (Kim) and Claudette Dempster (Duane); and his brother-in-law Larry Ferris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the R. H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel (6530 Schepps Corners Rd, Kirkville, NY 13082). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the White Chapel Memory Gardens (6633 Kinne Rd, Syracuse, NY 13214).
