He was predeceased by: his father Martin T. Haggerty. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Anne Haggerty of Manlius; his brothers, Christopher Haggerty (Cecilia Amigo-Haggerty) of Hollywood and Brian T. Haggerty (Cristy Haggerty) of Glenn Allen, Virginia.; and his siblings' children, Grace Anne Haggerty, Zachary Martin Haggerty, Ivan Serrano and Sebastian Serrano.
