She was predeceased by: her husband John Tuttle of Levittown, NY. She is survived by: her former husband Samuel F Hagan Sr. of Mannsville, NY; her children, Donna Hagan Sievers (Larry Sievers) and Samuel F Hagan Jr. of Mannsville; her grandchildren, Thomas, Michael, Hannah and Jessica Sievers (Zack Foster); her great grandchildren, Hazel and Raegan Foster; her brother William Whelan (JoAnn); and her sibling's children, Marie (Danielle) and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Hospice of Jefferson County.
